Rick helped us by not only helping us get the details and purchase the perfect land for us to build on, but went far above and beyond to understand our financial and housing scenario and recommend our best path. Land is much different than a home and we couldn't have done it without him. He's continued to stay in touch and see how we've been doing, and hooked us up with an awesome realtor to help us sell our other home, too! Highly recommend.
