The team at Realty Executives Cornerstone has been a wonderful team to work with for our real estate needs. Rick, one of the brokers, made viewing commercial properties stress free and really worked with us on price to meet our budgetary needs. He has been super accommodating as well. I was referred to Rick O'Connor and Realty Executives through a friend of mine. Rick and Wendy did a great job from start to finish. Wendy was very accommodating and professional with all our home tour requests. We visited close to 15 properties and in some cases would email her at 8 or 9pm to request a new home that came on the MLS and she would respond with confirmations and updates as soon as she could. We felt she was very responsive and supportive of our wants and needs.

Rick was an absolute pleasure to work with. His experience showed immediately as we toured houses. He was very adamant about pointing out details you wouldn't normally consider when touring a house for the first time. A couple areas I thought he was particularly helpful was his commentary about annual maintenance needs for houses we toured, along with his ability to point out foundational and structural deficiencies that would need restoration or total replacement. He was well familiar with older home construction as well as newer homes and made us feel comfortable asking questions.

Overall, I was perfectly satisfied with Rick and Realty Executives and I would certainly refer them to anyone searching for a new home in the surrounding McHenry County area.
