That said, in my experience as a Lutz real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
On a personal note, I am originally from New York but have lived in Lutz for the past 30 years. I have been married for 25 years and have 2 daughters; one just graduated from University of Florida and the other currently a senior at University of Central Florida. I personally graduated in 1984 from St. Leo College with a degree in Management and Marketing then obtained my MBA in 1997. Presently I sit on the Presidents Council at St Leo College. I enjoy the peace and tranquility that country living provides, and the great neighbors that I have been fortunate enough to meet. I love working with people and helping them to find a place they can call Home
I truly feel that I must be the luckiest man ever to be blessed with so much and to be able to help other families find the homes of their dreams. We own our own home in Pasco, and a condo on the Gulf of Mexico in Pinellas County. I live by the motto "what goes around comes around" and "treat others as you wish to be treated".
