I have known Rick Settani for over six years in a number of roles. First as the property manager and then as the realtor for our condo. In the time that I have known Rick he has always provided stellar service and timely resolutions for any issues we encountered. He is always available and made our home buying process as stress free and easy as possible. He walked us through every step and provided valuable information and insight. Rick is a very experienced agent who was patient, provided good advice and had a gentle approach. He helped us work through a difficult situation that arose from an inspection that delayed the closing of our property. Rick stayed at our side and helped to navigate the process. He also helped us find local contractors to complete the work that was needed. I highly recommend using Rick as an agent, so easy to work with and puts you at ease. Despite the delayed closing, our house was under contract in less than a week for over asking. Do not hesitate and choose him as your agent!

Rick has helped me sell and buy multiple homes over the years. He has been in the area a long time and knows the ins and outs. He’s experienced and always answers his phone. Very professional, guiding his clients through any and all questions. He took the time to hire a professional photographer to take exquisite photos to showcase the last home I sold. Great͏ agent!
Rick was a delight to work with in selling our home. He had managed the rental for us for several years prior to selling and did a great job taking care of collecting the rent, getting small repairs done and/or anything else that came up. He knows the real estate market well as this has been his primary profession for many years; we've used "part time" realtors in the past to market properties. Buyers and sellers need an agent that is on the job twenty-four/seven and that's Rick. He answers his cell any time you call and gets back to you right away if he isn't immediately available. We would highly recommend him!

Rick was amazing. He was patient and very honest with us when it came to buying a home. It took us over a year of working with him to finally purchase a home. He never steered us in the wrong direction. He actually saved us from making a bad decision (more than once if I admit it). We would highly recommend him.
