Rick & Ginger Swanger are passionate about helping buyers and sellers in the State College area and beyond. They take pride in serving clients over and over—it's the best compliment ever!
Born and raised in Centre County, the husband-wife team has been involved in the local market for decades (Rick was licensed in 1989, and Ginger in 1995). After working at another nearby brokerage, the two joined RE/MAX Centre Realty in 1998. They have a great feeling when touring the area with clients having known what was where 60+ years ago.
The Swanger Team is happy to help buyers and sellers with various needs, but they specialize in residential sales, rental and investment properties, relocations, and new builds. Additionally, Rick and Ginger have received the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation, meaning they can offer unparalleled service and commitment to today’s buyers.
They’ve both received various awards from RE/MAX, including the 100% Club, Platinum Club, Hall of Fame, and Lifetime Achievement awards.
They are longtime members of the Centre County Association of REALTORS®, Ginger having served as a board member for 3 years. They attend the Park Forest United Methodist Church, serving on the Board of Trustees and other various committees, as well as being involved in the Children’s Miracle Network Golf Tournament, the Special Olympics and donating to many philanthropies throughout the year.
They cannot stress enough how important family is—having raised 4 children (all of whom are PSU Alumni), and now devoting plenty of time to their 10 grandchildren. Giving their children wings was difficult, but they couldn't be more proud of how their children are now giving to the world. Together they love sports, gardening and traveling.
They are enthusiastic and devoted to helping more people in buying and selling their homes, investing in real estate and anything related to real estate. It's an exciting day when buyers and sellers say "Thank You".
