I highly recommend Rick Terrell for anyone interested in purchasing a home. He helped my wife and I purchase our first home and it he couldn't have made the process any smoother. He provided a lot of answers, information, and suggestions. He was readily available throughout the day by text or by phone.

Rickey and Robert were awesome to work with buying our home. We had been hesitant to buy because we were worried about all the difficulties of it. They took all the difficulty out of it. If we decide to buy again we will be going with these two again for sure and highly recommend anyone to reach out to them for assistance if in buying a home. They genuinely care about what you want in a home.

I used Rick back in 2016 to get a house. He, by far has been the best realtor that I ever had by my side(for the record I have used 5 to include rick). He was super knowledgeable about Oklahoma and took my want/needs and like magic found the house that fit everyone of them.

To anyone looking for a house or even to sell your house I high Recommend Rick. I know for sure when I sell my house he will be my first call.

I just bought a house with my husband in Shawnee, OK, and Rickey was absolutely fantastic as our realtor. We were super scattered when we started looking and were torn between getting a fixer upper or something move-in ready. Rickey showed us SO MANY houses all around the OKC metro and in Shawnee, was flexible with his schedule, quick to respond, and honestly made the process so simple for us. He also showed us problems we didn't even know to look for in older houses and helped us differentiate between significant and minor issues when it came to the home buying process.

His persistence and patience helped us find a beautiful move-in ready home that suits us and our dogs perfectly!

Rickey was diligent in following up with all the appropriate people, including our bank and the listing agent (who was a little tricky to get a hold of - so this is pretty impressive in my opinion!).

We had a less positive experience with a realtor prior to Rickey and switched after my dad had closed on a house with him, and the difference was night and day. If you're looking for a real estate agent who has your best interest at heart and focuses on your personal needs when it comes to finding your home, Rickey is the crème de la crème.
