About Rick

Rick's career in real estate is the natural culmination of a lifetime spent in and around the industry, and is a perfect blend of his two great passions: real estate and people. Upon graduating with a degree in Architectural Drafting and Design, Rick went on to engineer trusses, design custom homes and draft for a surveying company. This served as a basis for him to start his own painting and pressure cleaning business & led to 28 years of operations in both Florida and Georgia. During that time, he also invested in real estate by buying, refurbishing and selling houses, and did custom commercial build-outs. Combining the skills he has garnered in his extensive entrepreneurial background as well as knowledge of the real estate industry, Rick is committed to providing exceptionally well-rounded real estate and business expertise to his clients.

He takes pride in helping people navigate through the complexities of the Georgia market, whether by guiding them so that they can make informed decisions regarding their ideal homes, or by coming up with unique marketing strategies that will appeal to the right audience regarding sales.
