Rick started his career in business with a large international company where he worked for many years in sales, training, management and commercial property development. He entered the field of commercial and residential real estate sales as an agent in 1997 and acquired his real estate broker license in 2003. In partnership with his wife (Janice) and his son (Derek) he opened West Real Estate Agency in April of 2003. Today, Rick works primarily as a Buyer’s Agent assisting his clients in purchasing residential or commercial real estate.
Rick is a professional full-time Realtor whose main objective is to provide his clients with the highest level of service. His many years of experience as an agent and broker enable him to offer expert advice and assistance and provide an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market to his clients. Rick enjoys working directly with both buyers and sellers, and has helped hundreds of clients successfully achieve their real estate goals. He personally works with every client throughout the entire process and greatly enjoys sharing his understanding and knowledge of the real estate market with them. In addition to providing services during normal daily business hours, Rick is also available to assist you (at your request) in the evenings, on weekends, or on holidays.
A graduate of the University of Texas, Rick studied Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. He is a veteran with four years of active service in the US Navy and is a native son of the Dallas/Fort Worth/Denton metroplex.
