I can't share enough good things about Ricki. She's smart, capable, funny and knows how to get a deal done! She helped us through the process of purchasing a new home and made the entire thing feel seamless. Not only is she an expert in the Phoenix area, she quickly understood what we were looking for to narrow down the options. Once we found the place, she supported us through all concerns, ensured the inspection and purchase went smoothly and also provided great references for minor things that needed addressed. If you need a great realtor, whose going to be on your side, she's your woman.

Ricki was our realtor for the sale of our home in CantaMia, a 55+ community in Goodyear, AZ. We truly appreciated Ricki’s professionalism, straight-forward approach and work ethic. Ricki was always responsive. We would barely send an email or text a question and she was responding with the answer. Her knowledge of the real estate world was evident at every step. She guided us but always left it open for us to make decisions. Ricki and the buyer's agent established a great working relationship, which was extremely valuable to the process. Ricki also has a wonderful sense of humor which is so welcome when selling a home! Our house sold quickly and closed on time which required a quick turnaround. Ricki managed it all like the pro she is. If you are buying or selling a home, you will be served well by hiring Ricki as your agent.

Richelle a.k.a. Ricki Stevens is a consummate professional at the top of the list of great agents you could hire. I love working with her because she pays attention to detail and stays on top of any development that may occur. This is my 4th transaction with Ricki and I can honestly say that she is always going to have my business or any referrals that I could send to her. Just completed another transaction with Ricki. She had to be very patient with me. She supported me when I turned down an offer and waited for another one to come in this difficult, challenging market. Buyers are getting more concessions and sellers (me) aren't happy. Ricki managed to calm me through it all!
Can't issue enough superlatives for this Realtor. She is the BEST! Hands down!

For anyone who has moved across the country, you know how difficult that can be on its own, much less trying to buy a house long distance. Ricki embraced the challenge and worked closely with us from the beginning. We worked together to create "our wish list" of what was important to us in a home. Based on those parameters, I received daily recommendations. Any property that I was interested in Ricki was quick to schedule an appointment and we would do a virtual walk through. Things can look pretty in pictures, "the art of photography" at its best, but until you see it in person it is difficult to make a decision. Ricki was quick to point out pros and cons about each property. We finally found the perfect home for us and Ricki was there through the closing and beyond. Regardless, of whether you live locally or are moving from out of state I would strongly recommend you use Ricki Stevens as your realtor!

Ricki did a great job listing and selling our home. She paid close attention to detail. She also did an amazing job presenting us with information to make our decision but not overwhelming us with details. We felt informed throughout the process but I know she protected us from unnecessary stress before, during, and after negotiations. We felt she was very knowledgeable about the market and area. She was always available for a call and . We had been looking to law a move for about 2 years but never found a realtor partner we felt comfortable with until we talked to Ricki.
