I just closed escrow on my home of 22 years in PebbleCreek. I searched the web for excellent R.E. agents and.....fortunately, I was led to Ricki Stevens at HomeSmart Realty. As a retired CA RE Broker and Sales Manager with over 30 years of experience I had very high expectations and they were ALL met!! Ricki marketed my home in one of the most difficult Real Estate markets ever. Her attention to every single detail is unmatched! She is an excellent communicator and if she didn't answer the phone directly, she returned my calls before I set my own phone down. Staying informed is SO IMPORTANT and I knew where I stood in the sales process at ALL times. Ricki is an excellent RE professional and I HIGHLY recommend her. JCB

This is the second time we have used Ricki as our real estate agent, we would never use anyone else. Ricki is amazing at what she does, always had our best interest at heart and went the extra mile to get the deal done. If I could give Ricki the amount of stars in the universe, I would. She went above and beyond my expectations, making sure that I was 100000% confident in my decision for a home. Ricki made herself available (within reason of course) any time I had a question or a concern throughout my whole home building process. Ricki was great to work with and spend time with. My Wife and I looked at many houses with Ricki she answered all our questions and gave lots of impute from area to neighborhood. Ricki made sure to find out who we are and what we are looking for to find us houses to look at but not waist time with homes we would not be interested in. She was also great after close with contractors and service to help us going forward to get our house just the way we want it.

She helped us through the process of purchasing a new home and made the entire thing feel seamless. Not only is she an expert in the Phoenix area, she quickly understood what we were looking for to narrow down the options. Once we found the place, she supported us through all concerns, ensured the inspection and purchase went smoothly and also provided great references for minor things that needed addressed. Ricki was our realtor for the sale of our home in CantaMia, a 55+ community in Goodyear, AZ. We truly appreciated Ricki’s professionalism, straight-forward approach and work ethic. Ricki was always responsive. We would barely send an email or text a question and she was responding with the answer. Her knowledge of the real estate world was evident at every step. She guided us but always left it open for us to make decisions. Ricki and the buyer's agent established a great working relationship, which was extremely valuable to the process. Just completed another transaction with Ricki. She had to be very patient with me. She supported me when I turned down an offer and waited for another one to come in this difficult, challenging market. Buyers are getting more concessions and sellers (me) aren't happy. Ricki managed to calm me through it all!
Can't issue enough superlatives for this Realtor. She is the BEST! Hands down!

For anyone who has moved across the country, you know how difficult that can be on its own, much less trying to buy a house long distance. Ricki embraced the challenge and worked closely with us from the beginning. We worked together to create "our wish list" of what was important to us in a home. Based on those parameters, I received daily recommendations. Any property that I was interested in Ricki was quick to schedule an appointment and we would do a virtual walk through. Things can look pretty in pictures, "the art of photography" at its best, but until you see it in person it is difficult to make a decision. Ricki was quick to point out pros and cons about each property. We finally found the perfect home for us and Ricki was there through the closing and beyond. Regardless, of whether you live locally or are moving from out of state I would strongly recommend you use Ricki Stevens as your realtor!

She also did an amazing job presenting us with information to make our decision but not overwhelming us with details.
