From the initial consultation, to rapid fast responses and last-minute showings (even over a holiday weekend), to the closing table, Ricky showed 110% dedication and professionalism.

For those looking to buy a home, Ricky also is truly a buyers agent and has the best interest of the buyers in mind. What more can we say that’s any different from the reviews before us? Working with Ricky on both the selling and buying side of real estate was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. As long time friends, he didn’t assume he would get our business, rather he asked to interview for the job. Right then I knew he would be the right agent for us and we were not disappointed. Ricky was supposed to represent my family and I while purchasing a condo. During the process, Ricky proved time and again to be 110% committed to ensuring we were getting a property that was safe, a good investment, would meet our needs, and was able to negotiate an amazing price. As parents with busy lives we were dreading the idea of selling our house, moving, and even more so, navigating this stressful and often soul crushing buyer's market. To buy a house right now feels like all of the cards are stacked against the average family just trying to find a nice home in a good neighborhood with well rated schools. We waded into this process with some assumptions from our first home buying experience about how much work we would have to put in to make up for the lack of enthusiasm and effort many agents bring to the table.

When Ricky was referred to us by a close friend we were cautiously optimistic about how different the experience would be. Our first call ended with a mutual agreement that we would go into this process as partners and time and time again Ricky lived up to that promise. He is a true expert who I would consider a master of this field. He treats his clients like family, not a financial transaction. He helped us make the best decision on how to prepare and show our home for sale and step by step everything played out almost exactly as he told us it would. He made sure we got the most for our home that the market would bear and gave us both the patience we needed at times as well as the friendly motivation that helped keep moving forward when things felt overwhelming.

Starting the process for buying our new home was even more daunting and we weren't sure if we would be able to compete in this inflated and highly competitive market without severely settling for a home that didn't meet our needs or overpaying. Ricky was a caring partner in our search, offering realistic advice on which houses he thought were a good fit or had a chance at getting without offering a huge sum over asking. Unlike other agents we had experienced before, Ricky also knows the ins and outs of home repairs and renovations so he could help us figure out the costs of bringing a potential property up to date and deciding how much we should offer given the condition and potential value. This was a huge advantage for us as we could utilize our network and his extensive knowledge to craft a solid offer with confidence that it was our best. After not being able to pursue some houses we thought were a good fit Ricky always remained positive, helping to keep our spirits up when things seemed bleak. After looking at several house on a tight timeline we were about to give up and rent for a while until the market settled down, something Ricky was also very supportive of, we found a home that was perfect for us.

We truly believe that between Ricky's skill in crafting the offer to give us as many advantages as possible and communicating with both the seller and our loan officer in a clear and effective manor was the reason our offer was accepted, even though it wasn't the highest dollar amount. After our experience we think of Ricky as a friend who ushered us through a very difficult and stressful period for our family with the love, skill and understanding that we needed. My first time home buying experience was very unique... We were living outside of the country and moving back to the USA at the height of the COVID pandemic. Having an infant, 3 dogs, and 3 cats made getting a rental after returning so we could search in person impossible for us. I was interviewing several realtors on zoom because I would not be able to meet them in person or see any of the homes I was interested in due to not being able to fly into the country. Needless to say this made the home buying experience even more stressful and I needed to find a realtor I could really trust.

I felt like I could trust Ricky almost immediately and he did not disappoint. He walked me through the process step by step, toured me through different homes on his phone and talked us through pros and cons and it was clear he knew what he was talking about. He also referred me to an excellent mortgage broker who was able to ensure everything went smoothly with my mortgage after I was having some difficulties with who I chose originally.

He made purchasing our home all while being outside the country extremely smooth and as stress free as possible. He handled everything he could on his own while keeping us updated at every step and made us feel confident we were being taken care of. We were so happy when we arrived back in the US and got to see the house we purchased ourselves. We even had a personalized gift waiting for us that made us feel even more at home. There were no surprises, Ricky caught everything we might have questioned before the inspection and the neighborhood is wonderful. We could not have found a better realtor for our unique situation where someone else could have easily taken advantage of us.
