I am disheartened to see that Krystle (AKA Krystle James or Krystal Stiles) wrote her review below. There is more to the story and Krystle is trying to skew the narrative of what really transpired by taking it out on Ricky.

Krystle does not explain that the properties or lots she is trying to sell were a joint family venture and that Ricky got caught in the cross-hairs of personal family issues. I am most saddened at the false accusations Krystle is spreading about Ricky.

Personally, I believe Krystle’s properties are overpriced and that is why they aren’t generating interest, because they are overpriced for the what they offer in this current market.

As someone who knows the core issues behind the poor review below - I highly recommend disregarding Krystle’s complaints as being inaccurate and malicious in nature.

Ricky has done a wonderful job selling Real Estate for me and my family and does not deserve to have his livelihood attacked by Krystle James, whose review is an attempt to hurt those who help members of the community whom Krystle personally dislikes.

Krystle James is completely inappropriate to serve on the Cheatham Chamber of Business and then to go around and side-slam those with false accusations whom simply choose not to work with her. Highly inappropriate to take out personal family issues on professionals whom get caught in the cross-hairs. As someone whom personally knows Ricky and this particular Real Estate issue, please disregard Krystle’s false review from her Magnolia Farms account.
