Ricky is a graduate of Bridgewater College where he obtained a BS Degree in Business Administration. Ricky was also the captain of the baseball team and currently holds 5 school records. After graduating from Bridgewater College, Ricky worked for Shrader Engineering & Land Surveying in Bedford, VA until joining the Commercial Division in May 2008.
