As a seasoned real estate professional, Rida has extensive experience in the mortgage industry that has enhanced the strategic skills required to provide high-quality guidance and exemplary service to her clients. She prides herself on a strong work ethic built upon integrity and a professional, positive attitude. With honest and consistent communication, Rida’s mission is to ensure each client is confident, educated and comfortable with buying, selling, or leasing a home with her as their Realtor.
Rida is a native of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and a resident of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area for almost 15 years, having 20 years’ experience in real estate. She began her career in mortgage in 2005, as a post-closer and a few years later, she became a loan processor. She continued her career in mortgage and also customer service in the relocation and transportation industry. In 2012, she became a mortgage loan closer for one of the country’s top mortgage lenders and then in 2023, she received her real estate license and became a Realtor. Rida obtained her real estate license in honor and remembrance of her brother, Sgt. Shamell B. Benta.
