To say that Riezl and her team did a great job would be an extreme understatement. I do not do reviews unless the company went far beyond my expectations. In this case, they did. Many real estate companies care about one thing, their commission. They price the property too high to get you to sign with them and then lower it to sell it fast. Then they ignore you throughout the rest of the process. Lake Oconee Real Estate is not one of these companies. They priced our property at fair market value, and we received an offer in a very short time without dragging endless “lookers” through our home.

But this was just the start. From the photos and drone flyover to the professional video, their marketing was on target. But they do this no matter the property value. And their level of service does not end there. Once we received multiple offers, Riezl negotiated as a professional would to get top dollar. Her and her amazing team took care of getting all contingencies negotiated and cleared with minimal headaches for us. When it was time to close, her and her team were there to make sure every detail was done properly.

As a couple who have worked in financial services for decades, purchased and sold many homes, our expectations were very high. They were not only met but exceeded.
