After 20+ years my wife and I decided to sell a rental townhouse we had. We were uncertain what to do and what was involved as this was the first property we ever sold.

Thanks to Great Homes Realty and Rimma Pennington the process went remarkably smooth. Rimma made various good suggestions on how to prepare and present the property for showing, which we followed closely. Professional photos were taken and a well thought out online add was prepared and posted. An open house day was selected and on that day Rimma was onsite to meet prospective buyers.

Amazingly, on the first day on the market a buyer submitted an offer for the full price which proceeded forward to a contract and eventual closing.

My wife and I are very pleased and thankful for the excellent professional role that Great Homes Realty and Rimma provided. We would gladly recommend their services!

Rimma is such an OUTSTANDING realtor. She is extremely knowledgable about the market, and an amazing negotiator. Once she knows what you want, she will make it happen. Rimma is an excellent Realtor. She was up day and night answering my questions sending me listings. She knew we had a super tight deadline to make as our lease was coming up so we not only had to buy a house but had to move in time. And she worked around the clock to make it. At first I was worried we wouldn’t find what we were looking for with all the specifics and details especially in this crazy sellers market but Rimma kept streamlining the searches to match all specifics we were after and we made it and got a really good deal actually! And she helped appease me throughout the financing process. It’s my first time so a lot of things came up and some bumps in the road and things we didn’t understand. Rimma helped all along. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to qualify to get a house right now due to a pretty poor credit score and not a ton of asset to put down. We worked it out with Rimma and she was confident that it was likely! She connected us up with a great broker who confirmed that we would definitely qualify and rolled forward in finding a place. It was so fast! Rimma was very professional, listened to exactly what we wanted and we looked at several houses. Then one day, I’d say about a week after we started looking, we saw two houses which were promising. One that we were in love with but thought the seller would never go with. In the end she got us a significant discount on the price through her amazing negotiations and that enabled us to be able to buy the house. Then her heroic effort along with the broker, resulted in us doing one of the fastest non-cash closings to date! It was a wonderful experience and we couldn’t be happier in our new home.

We just purchased a condo with Rimma's help. It's our first home and we didn't know anything about the process of how it should be done. Rimma answered all questions, gave lender and insurance agent recommendations, helped to prep for closing, and gave very good and straightforward instructions. She was available 24/7. The coordination part was amazing! Everything went so smoothly, without any stress and we met our closing deadline! We had such a great experience working with her and looking forward to working with Rimma again!
