Riner Gay

Riner Gay is an Associate Broker of Carriage House Realty. A native of Albany, Ga, Riner came to Athens in 2003 to attend the University of Georgia and obtain a degree in Finance. After graduating in 2007, Riner began working at Carriage House Realty as part of the Property Management Division before becoming a licensed realtor in 2008. Since that time, Riner has worked in both the Real Estate Division and Property Management Division of the firm.

As a realtor, Riner assists residential/commercial buyers, sellers, and investors in the Athens and surrounding areas to achieve their goal of home ownership or add to their investment portfolio. Within the Property Management Division, he assists the management team with managing over 1000 residential and commercial properties for various owners, as well as oversee relationships with property owners and investors.

Riner has served in various leadership roles within the Athens Areas Association of Realtors, including past roles on the Board of Directors of both the AAAR and MLS boards. Currently, Riner serves as the Vice President of Communication for the Athens Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
