We met with Rio after watching all his videos on Instagram. We met with him to get a better idea of how selling our first home would be. During our initial meeting, Rio was very informative and gave us a great plan on selling our home. We didn’t feel pressured at any time, he gave us as much time as we needed as far as moving forward on selling home. We contacted him the next week and gave him the green light. He had photographer setup within a couple days and next thing we knew our house was on the market! After being on the market for a couple days we had over 35 scheduled viewings! Our home was under contract a few days later for more then asking price, the entire sell process was so fast and easy. While home was under contract Rio sent us a list of homes that matched what we wanted. It didn’t take long for us to find the perfect home, and we just let Rio work his magic! We closed on our new home 1 month after selling our first home. Even though everybody will have different experiences, We will always recommend Rio to everybody we know. Our experience was definitely a 10 out of 10!

Rio was highly recommended to me by a cousin and I’m forever grateful that I met with Rio. After meeting with Rio, it was a for sure bet that he was the realtor I wanted to work with. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rio and his staff on both sides of owning a home. He helped me purchase my first house. As a first time home buyer, I was very unfamiliar with the process, but Rio was easily accessible and communicated very well to the many, many questions I had. I was finally able to find a home I wanted for my son and I in the highly competitive market that Phoenix was and still is. He provided many options and recommendations of how to make a competitive offer on my house when there were competing offers. Ultimately, my offer was accepted on the first house I put an offer in after seeing numerous houses.

Fast forward some time, I completely enjoyed my house but ultimately I accepted a job offer in another state and was faced with what to do with my home. Rio explained different options and I decided to sell it. Again, as a first time seller, I had many more questions this time around and Rio was able to answer all my questions and provide me with options and help me identify what best fits my needs and what I was looking for. After a few days on the market, the house had multiple offers and Rio was there to again provide further detail on what each offer had and the risks associated with each one. With all the information provided, I felt comfortable making a decision on which offer to accept that best fit what I was looking for and how quickly I wanted to close.

On both sides of the process, Rio and team were impeccable and I never felt like I couldn’t get an answer in a timely manner from them. While it was all business, it’s hard not to consider Rio and team good friends that helped in the largest purchase and sale of my life.

TLDR; As someone who bought and sold my first home with Rio, I can’t think of anyone better to have helped me through the process. Do yourself a favor and get with Rio on one of the largest purchases or sales you’ll ever do. It really does give you peace of mind to have someone that is extremely knowledgeable in their craft , reliable, and professional. Highly recommend!!!

I can't speak highly enough of Rio! He was absolutely wonderful! It was a stressful time but Rio came through and helped us lock down a house when they were flying off the shelves like toilet paper.
