Rion was a super agent to work with and a good friend to chat. He was recommended by my friend. He had been working for us for more than a year since then due to the fact we changed our priorities and simply the tough market. He was unbelievably patient with us and never gave us any pressure about an offer. He did diligently provide professional market analysis, collected information and promptly answered our questions regarding a property we were interested. Just could not remember how many houses (probably 50+) we had visited and how many offers we had tried. At least 15 offers we tried! Every time we were out bidden by someone and almost gave up the house purchasing plan. He always encouraged us by saying "things happened for a reason""you will never know what you will get and be positive""wait for the best moment". Such comforting words. Sometimes we wished him to be more aggressive but in such a market you could emotionally make a mistake. But he did not push at all. "no hard feeling either ways" he often said. We just want to say how much we have appreciated. Hope other people who use him will appreciate too. Finally we bought a house with his help. He played a great role in dealing with our mortgage application, seller's agents and initial contact with contractors. He just did much more than what he should do as an agent. He did a lot of help as a friend. Big THANK YOU!!! Highly recommended for other people! Paul

We worked with Rion for over a year, and he is hands down one of the best real estate agents I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He's also an incredibly genuine, honest, and friendly person, something that can be hard to find in real estate. We began working with Rion when we needed a new apartment for our family, and during that time he worked tirelessly to show us different apartments. After several disappointing showings we decided it would just be better for us to buy. And Rion was with us through the entire process. From our first meeting to our close Rion was there to help. He was always insightful, guiding us away from bad deals, and always offering good advice ranging from renovations to schools. After two years and several offers we finally closed on a place and we couldn't have done it without his help.

I been working with Rion for 2 years, he is very understanding, does not pressure you, Rion knows his real estate pretty well. I could not have pick a better agent to do business with. Will always send business his way.
