She believes it is essential to secure all the necessary knowledge before taking action. As a local market expert, she is committed to advising her clients on achieving their goals in the sale of a property and helping buyers find their dream home, with extensive experience in competitive multiple offer situations. Ripsime's background in banking emphasizes her ability to analyze the financial aspect of every transaction to ensure long-term success. She is a graduate of California State University Northridge where she received a BSBA in business law. She was born and raised in Los Feliz but fell in love with Santa Monica upon gaining local market expertise, and moved to the area.
