Forty years ago, Rita Fleming-Johnson began her real estate career in Charlotte, NC. During that time Charlotte has experienced incredible growth and change. She’s watched the older neighborhoods completely transform and witnessed the development of a multitude of new subdivisions. She’s enjoyed doing many renovations in the older neighborhoods such as Elizabeth, Dilworth, Sedgefield and Midwood.
