RITA JARVIS ENDORSEMENT My name is Ms. Matilda Haywood, and I am performing artist and the owner of FAM Productions and Publishing, a music/edutainment proprietorship for 25+ years. I have taught business and music as an instructor for the Chicago Board of Education, Evanston Township High Schools and LAUSD (Los Angeles, CA School District) for the last 40 years I met Ms. Rita Jarvis over 20 years ago in a music and education setting. In my work with Rita, I have found her to be quite energetic with fortitude and focus. She is a person who doesn't let roadblocks deter her; instead, she keeps moving towards the implementation of her plan of action no matter what pitfalls she may encounter. Rita is a talented and devoted vocalist, orator, computer analyst and salesperson. She is convincing, believable and has the ability to engage the person(s) to whom she is speaking, as she knows how to create a great oratorical moment!. I am impressed with the fact that Rita has attained many of her goals (i.e., going back to the university for her degree in the face of adversity), and continues to work towards the completion of those which she hasn't attained as of this date in spite of all setbacks. I would recommend Rita to my friends as a person who has great innovative ideas and motivation, a lovely countenance and smile, a great attitude and aptitude, will apprise anyone with whom she works of the complete and total picture surrounding the activity and will be supportive in her clients' favor in the decision-making process of whatever the deal may be.
