A Chicago Native and current Bucktown resident, Rita Kerins is a realtor who balances her tech-savvy skills, with a personal connection with her clients. After receiving her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Iowa, she returned to the Windy City where she got her first real estate experience as the Project Manager for the construction of a 170-unit high-rise building. This experience bolstered her love of selling real estate. She took things to the next level as a realtor just a year later and immediately excelled quickly, joining the ranks of Chicago's top 2% of agents, and has stayed there since.
