My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Rita to buy a home in Glenview this past spring and we could not recommend her highly enough! If I could give more than five stars, I would. There aren't enough superlatives to describe what an incredible real estate agent Rita Masini is. We first met her at an open house and immediately established a strong rapport. Rita is the consummate professional: Always on time, always pleasant and always helpful. My husband and I had very different views of an ideal home so we weren't easy clients. With a flexible time horizon, we looked on and off for three years for a place that checked all the boxes. Rita is an excellent listener and she's always patient so if she didn't think a house was right for our needs, she told us. That demonstrated how trustworthy she is.

We looked at houses in Northbrook, Glenview, Lincolnwood and Deerfield. She knew a tremendous amount about each suburb.

We were so delighted with Rita that we hired her to handle the sale of our city condo. For no charge, she helped us stage the unit. Her good taste and knowledge of what attracts buyers resulted in us receiving the highest price ever in our building.

My husband and I have two other properties to sell and we're hiring Rita for both. Anytime someone tells me they're considering buying or selling a home, without exception, I enthusiastically recommend Rita.

I really can't thank her enough. Simply put, there's no one better.

Rita is such a pleasure to work with! I bought my first condo in Gold Coast with her then sold it with her again a few years later. As both the buyer and seller I was impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and creative ideas. Recently I signed with Rita Masini to sell my townhome. I highly recommend Rita as your agent for your real estate needs. She is very professional and well informed about the real estate environment as well as strategic in marketing your property. I had an offer on my home from a showing the first day it was listed. You might say we were lucky but it was much more than luck. When I signed on with Rita, she went through my home with me and we decided what needed to be updated/repaired before listing the property. Rita was very engaged with staging my home so it would look like a place you wanted to live. Obviously it looked like a place you wanted to live, because in the very short time my home was on the market, we did receive several other offers.
