Rita is hands down the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. She is thoughtful, responsive, proactive, and extremely passionate about what she does. She proactively found properties that matched our criteria - often times scheduling them even before we told her about them. This gave us a big advantage during the pandemic. She did a great job helping us prepare offers and stayed patient with us through the entire process even though we were extremely picky about our criteria. She has a great feel for the market and helps you understand what the right offer price should be. During the transaction she helped us find and schedule inspectors to ensure that there were no problems with our property. After all that she had decorated the house for us when we arrived to pick up the keys. She made it such a special moment, we will never forget. Thank you Rita, I will recommend you to anyone who needs an agent - we couldn't have done it without you!!

Rita was amazing in helping us secure the house of our dreams! I know we wouldn't be living in this house without her. We had been looking at houses for awhile but hadn't found the house that fit all of our demands. After yet another day of open houses we had given up. Rita went to see this house on her own for us. As soon as she got there she called us and told us that we had to come see it, it was perfect! And, she was right. We submitted a bid and beat out the competition. We couldn't thank Rita enough. You are lucky if you get to work with her, and even luckier if you get to call her a friend.

We wouldn’t be in our home without Rita. Before meeting her we put in 6 offers but never really made it into the running. With Rita, we came in just shy on our first offer but got our dream home on our second offer. As first time home buyers, she was extremely patient and helpful with answering our constant stream of questions. She is also incredibly responsive, proactive and strategic. More than anything, Rita is an advocate and will fight for you.

Rita made the home buying experience in this crazy market much less intimidating! She was so patient with weeks of showings, never pressured us and often knew what we liked and didn’t like about a property before we did. Ultimately, we bought a house that didn’t even show up in the search parameters we had set-never would have happened without Rita! She is so smart, savvy, and fun! No one I would trust more with this process, highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area!

I was terrified about buying a house and didn’t understand the process at all. Rita was so amazing! She walked me through everything, ensuring that I understood what I was doing. She never pushed me to make a decision I wasn’t ready for. I really appreciate Rita’s attention to detail as well. There was nothing that got past her. Rita also encouraged me to look at homes in areas I wasn’t as familiar with but that she had vetted for me based on my preferences and because of her - I got an amazing home in a great area at an INCREDIBLE price point. Getting ready to celebrate my 5 year home-i-versary and I couldn’t have done it without Rita!!

Rita is a great real estate agent. She is very responsive and goes above and beyond at every step of the way during the entire process. We sold our home while being out of state and Rita supported us throughout the selling process without the need of us being there.
She provided fantastic upgrade suggestions and resources showing that she was completely vested in the selling process, from start till the end. She sent pictures of the house and upgrades being done, frequently. She also FaceTime with us so that we can make informed decisions while we could not travel ourselves due to the pandemic.
We highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling their property.

Rita helped us sell our house for top dollar by beautifully staging it, providing guidance on home improvements we should do, and negotiating offers to ultimately present us with multiple offers (17) and a sale price of $100,000+ over asking. She went above and beyond to drop by our house to monitor it and keep it clean with her assistant. She is very responsive to communications and skilled with contracts via DocuSign.

Rita also helped us buy our dream house for list price and with contingencies, despite other competing offers. She does a great job communicating with other agents so they don’t forget about her clients.

Overall, Rita is friendly, hardworking, experienced, and pays close attention to details- highly recommend!

Rita went above and beyond for our family during the COVID-19 pandemic. We needed to find a house before our second child arrived, and she made that happen efficiently and seamlessly. All the health restrictions in place made viewings a much bigger chore than usual, but Rita sanitized every surface in each house we saw and worked quickly within the new regulations until we found our dream home. She was also able to recommend other home services in the area because she lives nearby and has put down her own roots here. We feel lucky to have been able to depend on Rita to help us navigate the home buying process!

This was our first time buying a home and we could not be more grateful we had Rita as our realtor. She took the time to fully explain the contracts, the process of home buying, as well as what to expect even before we started looking. She made sure to answer all questions we had so we would be fully prepared and ready to make offers on homes we liked. Rita is very knowledgeable and knew how to make our offers more competitive, especially in the current sellers market where competition is rampant.

When our offer was accepted, Rita was with us every step of the way and kept us informed with all updates. We call her our bulldog because Rita did everything in her power to protect us through inspections and attempting to receive seller credit.
