Rita Neff

Rita Neff is the Senior Property Manager. She assists with the day to day operations of the Property Management division. She coordinates the efforts of both contractors and maintenance staff. She was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. Rita has based her entire career around customer service and helping others achieve their goals. Growing up working in a family-owned restaurant, as well as being a mother, Rita tends to treat everyone like family. Shortly after earning her associate degree in criminal justice, Rita entered the profession of property management. The diversity of the field is what has kept her motivated and eager to learn for over 10 years. She plans to obtain her Ohio Real Estate License in the near future. Rita enjoys spending time with her family and often volunteers with her children’s sporting events. Rita’s personality and experience are a great fit with The Robert Weiler Company.
