I’m Rita Sais, an Associate Broker with Sorella Real Estate, proudly serving Southern Colorado.
My journey into real estate is built on more than just a passion for homes—it comes from **over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry**. Before becoming a real estate professional, I helped my husband build and run our construction company, **Sais Construction**. Working in construction for more than two decades has given me a firsthand understanding of what goes into building, remodeling, maintaining, and improving a home.
That experience gives me a unique perspective when helping my clients buy or sell real estate. I understand that a home is more than what you see on the surface. I can look at a property with an understanding of construction, workmanship, potential improvements, and the things that may be worth paying closer attention to.
I’m passionate about helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions they will make. Whether you’re buying your first home, looking for land, selling a property, or considering building or renovating, I want to be someone you can trust to guide you through the process.
I may be newer to real estate, but I’m not new to **business, construction, hard work, or taking care of people**. My years in the construction industry taught me the importance of doing things right, communicating honestly, and standing behind my work—and I bring those same values into my real estate career.
