Mr. McGinnis handled the sale of my mom's home personally. He and his auction team also held an auction for the contents of the home. Both business transactions were seamless. Not only was the home listed quickly after the contract was signed, but it sold 4 days later. Mr. McGinnis was on top of it from beginning to end, keeping me in the loop every step of the way.
