As first-time home buyers, and being new to the area, my wife and I had Rob referred to us by our banker; and couldn't have been luckier. From the beginning, Rob's knowledge of the housing market was apparent and strong. He asked all the right questions, quickly learning what items were important to us in our search; this included showing us homes in and out of our comfort zone to really show us the options we had available to us within our budget. Rob's down-to-earth demeanor makes him extremely easy to work with, and truly made our home search as fun and relaxing as it should be for first-time buyers. He helped us step-by-step with offers on two separate homes that eventually fell through due to the sellers financial unable to meet within our budget; both times he looked out for our needs, and steered us away from bad financial situations. After both losses, he again ramped up his search for our first home, never taking a day off, and often it appeared as though he worked long into the night to find us homes to look at; as if we were his only client. Eventually, we settled on building a home with a builder that Rob found us, that met all of our needs/wants and right within our budget. Since committing to build, Rob has not quit working hard for us; he consistently stay on top of the builder looking for updates, and ensuring that they remain on schedule. We honestly could not have found a hardworking real estate expert with a more caring and compassionate attitude towards his clients; he truly takes care of you like family. I would not hesitate for one minute to refer any of my friends/family/acquaintances to Rob, whether they are buying or selling! Anyone would be lucky to have Rob in their corner working hard to get them the best deal possible.

I worked with Rob to purchase my first home and subsequently work him to buy investment properties in the East Lansing area. He is prompt, responsive and reliable. Rob knows the rental market in the area and often times knows about unlisted properties and opportunities before they hit the market. I highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Rob was instrumental in buying our first home. He assisted us in every way from searching to closing and is still available for questions about our home. He was very patient with us viewing many, many homes and even viewed our current home 3 times before we negotiated a final price. We even walked away and came back to renegotiate.
