This is our second house. Before working with Rob, we worked with a few different agents for numerous house-hunting trips/journeys. Rob is the best. He is very kind, thoughtful, experienced, and stand in your position. He treats us as his friends, and of course we did the same to him as well. This kind level of trust is not easy to build. If we have any future real estate business or questions, he is our go-to.

Rob was great. He was always ready to show us homes quickly, so we didn’t miss out on any opportunities, which is important in the crazy Austin market. When a home that was under contract came back on the market late one evening, he said “ We need to see this first thing in the morning. This is an opportunity for you!” Sure enough, we were able to get an offer in and get under contract before any other buyers. We even got it for about $15k under the appraised value. I would definitely recommend Rob to anyone hoping to buy a home in Austin.

I’ve bought and sold two houses with Rob and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a realtor. He helped us get ready to sell our first house by guiding us through what we should fix and what we shouldn’t waste money on, which saved us tons of time and headaches. He priced our house correctly for the market and got the word out on it immediately so we were under contract three days after listing. He was really helpful through that whole process, and was also a just great guy to go look at houses with. I wouldn’t use another realtor.

My wife and I reached out to Rob in March for preliminary discussions about what we’d need to prepare to be ready to buy a house. We originally thought we wouldn’t seriously start looking for another year or so, but here we are in June having closed on a lovely home in possibly the toughest market for buyers in recent history (or maybe ever?). Rob got us up to speed on the market quickly, referred us to a great lender (which made a huge difference), and guided us successfully through every step of the way.

Rob is everything you’d want in a real estate agent. He’s hard working, trustworthy, and supremely knowledgeable. He’s even got the bonus of being a great guy and totally fun hang. Trust me - that makes a big difference when you are spending time together viewing homes and working on closing your deal!

We’re excited to work with Rob again in the future and couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I’ve always been pretty wary of realtors. My experiences with them have been unremarkable (at best) or flaky and unscrupulous (at worst). Getting to know Rob Cameron through the home buying process has been such a wonderful surprise, because he is none of those things!

My husband and I used Rob as our realtor in 2019 when we were looking for a house to rent. He made the process easy and fun and we ended up in a great place in East Central Austin. Rob has very positive and warm energy and we felt like he actually cared. We knew we wanted to buy a home within the next few years and we decided that we would absolutely call him when it was time.

Unfortunately for us, that time came in early 2021, right as the Austin housing market was hitting the highest highs of insanity. It was not a great moment for first-time homebuyers, but Rob walked us through the initial stages with composure, including referring us to an excellent local lender and helping us get a realistic picture of what we could afford while navigating the emotional whiplash (and, frankly, grief) that came with Austin’s Mad Max real estate landscape in the not-quite-post-COVID era. He was always ready to tour a property at the drop of a hat and responded to our semi-panicked texts and calls almost immediately. He stayed up until midnight writing bids and called at 8am to submit with a withdrawal letter when he thought we might be overextending ourselves financially (which actually ended up helping us win!). He had his daughter “manifest” a good appraisal price for us (it worked!) and found a great home inspector to come out on short notice. Our new house in East Austin was a renovation with a couple of major issues and he negotiated a reduced sale price, which really helped our bottom line. He even took us out for a drink after closing and let us ask him a hundred questions about his life in the music business.

We are moving into our house next week and couldn’t be more excited. Rob’s sunny spirit has mellowed out our natural neuroticism in a way that I think might have actually made me permanently calmer. Is that an experience people normally have when they buy a house?? Unless he is hiding some darkness way, way up his sleeve, Rob Cameron is a Good Person, who is also a top-notch realtor. And I would pay admission to see his record collection.

Robbie is an ace realtor. I came in and out of Austin in a short whirlwind as my time was there brief. As my job changed and covid hitting at the same time, it was easier to move than for me to stay in Austin. The decision was made to sell it and move not even living a full year in atx. Soon after we sat down to talk, listed needs from each other, and created a timeline. Covid sped up those plans.

Robbie going above and beyond, and real estate deemed an essential job, he made it happen in these chaotic times! Every offer was laid out and explained in detail. He explained why more money isn't always the best choice. He really dialed it in got the best money and a quick close. Everyone walked away happy and I actually made a little money too. :)

Robbie, he's nice, polite and kind. You know, good peoples. Great communicator, tour guide, and at times a (real estate) therapist answering that panicked text message or call. Communication was easy. He'll work hard for all your needs in selling or buying. With the market changing in the direction it is in Austin today, he will be that agent that will get it done for you. I've referred a couple friends to him and they love him too

He also has an amazingly diverse knowledge in music. He was always playing great music when we spent days in the car looking at a lot of nopes before we found the one.
