We couldn’t be happier to recommend Rob to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first-time homebuyers! Rob made the entire process as easy and stress-free as possible. He was always readily available to show us homes and quickly understood exactly what we were looking for.

Rob was honest and insightful, pointing out things we may have missed and letting us know when a property wasn’t the right fit. He was never pushy and always patient, which made us feel supported every step of the way.

He’s also a strong negotiator and helped us secure a home we truly love. His experience really showed. He was knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each neighborhood we explored.

On top of that, he connected us with an incredible mortgage loan officer, making the process even smoother.

Rob was an incredible agent. He treated us like family. He cared about our needs, listened to our concerns, always worked out the best plan of action and got our house sold in the time we needed. He did a fabulous job marketing our home and getting people in the door to see it. His charisma alone could sell homes. He was always available for our calls and willing to go above and beyond to support our family through the chaos of selling a home. He made the process smooth, explained anything we didn’t understand, and was always available for questions. Awesome realtor. He made it so easy to close and consulted along the way helping us navigate this difficult market. You won’t find anyone with more experience. Most realtors we had before Rob were part time inexperienced transaction closers not true professionals like Rob. He knows his stuff.
