Rob took the time to initially understand our needs and wants, which helped focus our search. Based on this he was able to keep us focused when the market supply was low and we were starting to consider compromises. In the end Rob was able to find a house that met our needs and negotiated a good deal. He is very knowledgeable of the local market, the desirable areas, and even contractors to use for renovations

Rob had our best interest at heart every minute of every day of the whole long home buying process. It was our first house and we didn't know anything, but Rob was patient and answered any and all questions we had. Very knowledgeable. He made himself available day and night to make sure things went smoothly. Negotiated for us with the seller when we found issues during the walkthrough. He even bought us housewarming plants and presents the day we finally got the keys. Truly above and beyond and would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
