I can't say enough great things about Rob as an agent and as a person. He is everything we wanted and needed in an agent. He is patient, honest and kind. He has great work ethics and integrity. He's not a pushy sales agent. He treated my husband and I as if we are his close friends and looked out for our best interest. After several months of searching, touring properties via video calls with Rob and multiple offers, some were site-unseen, we settled on our new home. I was a real estate agent for many years and I am very happy to have had Rob as my agent and will use him again next time we we want to sell or purchase a property in Rob's servicing market. He has us a life-long clients.

I was looking for a rental in the Conway area and even though Rob wasn't able to help me directly, he went above and beyond by providing information of local property managers, which was extremely helpful since I'm new to the area. If he is willing to do that he's willing to do his best to help people find their dream home.

Working with Rob was easy and my husband and I felt very comfortable that he would find us our dream house. We asked Rob to do many things for us that I didn't know could happen. We live in Massachusetts and Rob checked out houses we saw on line and he recommended to us. We did facetime walk throughs. Rob knew what we wanted and was very critical on these visits. Rob knew when we found the right house and he helped us make a bid that would ensure we got it. Rob is very personable and touring with him was fun. He knows the area and he knows the housing industry. He asked the right questions to get down to the facts. We were extremely satisfied with our purchase!!!!

We met Rob randomly while looking for open houses. He happened to live across the street from a home we wanted to see and, although there was no open house scheduled, he offered to show us the home. That was the start of a great working relationship. We lived out of state and Rob kept in daily contact with us sending listings that matched our wants and needs. Once we made an offer on a home, he took care of all the details which made purchasing a home out of state easy and stress free.
