Rob's vision has always been to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, contractors, teammates and the community. As a Seattle native, Rob is well versed in the markets and submarkets of the Puget Sound Region. His knowledge ranges from real estate assets, management, leasing, and marketing. Including project management, financial analysis and reporting, negotiating precise and detailed transactions and contracts including leases, tenant improvements, management, and business agreements. With his unmatched work ethic and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Rob applies his expertise and market knowledge to broker commercial and multi-family properties that meet and exceed the expectations of his client. Rob graduated from Concordia University in Portland Oregon with a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a minor in Finance.
