They each have great personalities to start. They are not pushy sales people, but have a sincere interest in serving you. Not phony. We can tell the difference. They keep your enthusiasm under control, so that you do not make mistakes, i.e. seperate the veneer of a home from true value, caution you when you are about to act impulsively. They instantly become friends, and are always available at your call. They never make you feel that you have wasted their time, when you spend the better part of the day looking at homes, and find none you are interested in. Knowledgeable, e.g. cautioned us about the downsides of short sales, foreclosures and the downside of these.

Rob, Joyce and Sherri are a great team to work with. Rob and Joyce began as friends of ours through church and we couldn't think of anyone better to work with when we decided to sell our house and look for another. Not only is this team knowledgable about the market and area, but offer great advice along the way when it's needed.
