Rob Ledebur is an energetic and results-driven leader with over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, including 10 years managing corporate real estate transactions and portfolios for Procter & Gamble and Microsoft. He spent an additional seven years at Microsoft leading business development and marketing programs prior to moving on to real estate start-up companies. He helped build and manage the internet’s leading real estate marketplace for land - LandWatch.com - which attracts millions of visitors every month and ranks higher than Zillow in ‘land for sale’ searches. His expertise in real estate marketing, specifically with online distribution and reaching buyers on a global scale, is critical for success in today’s real estate market. Also, as an active real estate investor with decades of experience buying, renovating, and selling properties, Rob truly understands what buyers and sellers require from a real estate professional.

Rob’s educational background includes a B.S. in Engineering and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate. He is currently a licensed California Real Estate Broker (BRE # 01925331) and is manager and owner of EquiRealty and Executive Home Management.
