Rob serves as both Managing Partner and Advisor for Engel & Volkers in Austin, Texas. He is a licensed Broke with TREC.

Rob has more than 25 years of experience in development and real estate brokerage in Houston and Austin and has played an integral role in the inception, leasing and/or sale of many commercial properties, ranging in size from 15,000 to 150,000 square feet. Recognized as a key influencer and respected broker year after year, his experience, business relationships and unquestionable market knowledge enable Rob to provide his clients with unparalleled service.
Having successfully represented private and public homebuilders, retailers and landowners looking to develop their properties over the course of his career, Rob has orchestrated market penetration programs for the Houston and Austin metro areas for clients including Westin Homes and MX3 Homes, Petrochem, AusTex Medical, and Hearsy Group. Similarly, Rob has offered services tailored to improve efficiencies of location and space for both established and start up businesses.
Rob has hands-on consulting experience in the design, development and marketing of multiple properties and has provided these services for a variety of projects.
