About Rob

Born, raised and deeply rooted in San Diego, Robby Perkins brings a lifetime of local insight and passion for real estate. After graduating Wake Forest University in 2005, Robby moved back to San Diego and immediately dove into the real estate business, working for one of the largest private developers in San Diego. He founded Westview in 2007 and has invested in multiple property types over the years including nearly 100 homes across San Diego County, gaining valuable knowledge and experience along the way. With his deep real estate investment background, Robby loves being able to share this expertise with his clients when it comes to buying, selling, or investing in a home.

Between his professional endeavors or personal pursuits, Robby likes to live an active lifestyle and embrace everything San Diego has to offer.
