Rob Schemitsch

Mr. Schemitsch has been working with Willis Property Company since 2005. His primary focus has been in land development, entitlements and commercial real estate brokerage. Mr. Schemitsch has experience in the development of master-planned communities, medical campus and charter schools. Using his past experience with land development, Mr. Schemitsch has the ability to assist buyers with site selection and preliminary evaluation of the development process to help determine the overall feasibility of constructing a new project. He was instrumental in many developments in Pinal County as well as parts of the Southeast Valley.
