Difficult time made easy with Rob Smith III as our realtor. Selling your parent's home is an overwhelming and difficult decision to make. Once the decision is made it is even more difficult to actually sell the home. My son had used Rob as his realtor before and suggested that I use him as well. I met Rob and the first thing that struck me was just how friendly he was. He gently guided me through everything that needed to be done and answered all my questions immediately no matter how many times I asked a question. Rob was always professional and used his experience with selling to suggest improvements we could make to the home to gain the most from the sale. Having Rob as my realtor made a really hard time a lot easier. I would highly recommend Rob Smith to anyone looking for a realtor whether you are buying or selling. If you want someone to look out for you and lead you in the right direction, then Rob Smith is the realtor to use.
