Rob was the first realtor we met when looking for a new home. Even though the first house we saw did not work out, Rob assured us he would find us just what we were looking for no matter how long it took. We were very impressed with his almost daily updates on homes available and his showing us many different homes when it was convenient for us. His using email and text messaging was very helpful. We met Rob while visiting our family here in Hickory. Although he knew we were waiting for our house to sell up north he showed us listings while we were in town, looked at houses for us after we went back and spent countless hours on the phone with us. Our house sold and Rob must have looked at about 60 houses for us without ever showing the slightest sign of frustration! He is very patient and has a great sense of humor! J Patrick

Rob had the listing on a house we were interested in viewing. He never pressured us to sign with him or make a decision. He knew we needed to sell our home before we could purchase. He touched base about once a month, just to check in. When our home did go under contract, we were able to move on the house he had shown us. He was instrumental in making the transition of selling, purchasing, and moving as smooth as possible.
