I am a rare individual in today's North Carolina. Having spent time in Minneapolis, Chicago, Pittsburgh and Boston, I am actually a native of North Carolina and my heart remains in the Triangle- and I vow to never leave again!
I have been providing real estate solutions to the people of the Triangle for over 10 years. Representing many of the national builders here, I have gained a strong knowledge of the neighborhoods and places that make up our region as well as the building processes utilized, to allow me to be a great resource to buyers and sellers alike. I have a knack for quick follow up and availability, which has helped me to maintain years of successful sales and high customer satisfaction.
As a co-owner of a remodeling company in Chicago for over 5 years, focusing on room additions, basement finishing, and general remodeling, I am excited to see the “Green” products and design incorporated into our local homes!. I have tremendous real-life experience and knowledge of home construction. I have also been a representative of many of the products you see being utilized in the homes built in our area; from vinyl siding and windows, fiber cement siding and roofing, as well as lumber and trim packages. This knowledge has allowed me to understand the needs of my clients and therefore offer practical solutions to issues that abound in most real estate transactions.
