This review is for my realtor Matthew Mogus.
My wife and I met Matt a couple months back when we called on a home he had listed. We found Matt to be very kind and considerate. From the very start we noticed something very different about Matt in the fact that he actually listened to our needs and what we were trying to find. The initial home he was showing us did not fit and he recognized it right away. We had a situation arise that could have stopped us from getting funded for anything. When I told Matt, he was extremely gracious and kind. Most realtors would have dumped us fast. When we got our financing fixed, Matt met us at a house we requested to see. It was not a fit but Matt had another he found that was perfect. We made the offer and now are just waiting to close.
We truly feel Matt is not the type who would ever try to talk a buyer into a sale just for a quick commission. He truly cares about the client. His advice has been very helpful. I didnt worry about any of the process with him in our corner.
If we hear of anyone looking to buy or sell a home, we will highly recommend Matt in an instant. Hopper group is very blessed to have him.

It took 8-10 months, maybe a year for me to finally find a house and Kyle Gift with Hopper Group was there from the start. He didn't push or pressure me in any way at all and was even able to answer all questions that I could come up with. He has knowledge on both the process of buying and selling of houses and the financial aspects as well. He worked hand in hand with the lender I chose so I didn't need to in some cases. Jennifer Thomas was our realtor, and we couldn’t have been happier with her. She was always patient with us, and just so very sweet. She walked all over pastureland while in a boot when we used her to search for our first home in the area. We have purchased 2 homes using her, and sold 2 homes as well.
