Robbie worked with David and I over a long period of time combined with a stretch of over 1,500 miles (!) to find just the right retirement home in northern New Mexico. Day after day Robbie sent us listings, shared his professional views and went over and above checking houses for us while we were at the other end of the country. If you want first class service, go with Robbie! He went above and beyond our expectations of what a realtor should do. I knew when I sent a text, left a message, or sent an email, that I would receive a response within an hour or two at the latest! I can't speak highly enough of the patience, care and advice provided by Robbie when we were looking for our dream home in Taos. After about 3 months of sending us options, taking us around many properties, telling us all the hidden issues that we would never have seen/thought of property by property, we finally settled on 'the one'. This was late February 2020 and you can guess the rest - COVID made us delay our plans to buy and move to Taos. Through it all Robbie never once stopped giving us positive but clear and realistic advice. I think this is what I valued most about him, you want a Realtor to share your enthusiasm and excitement while balancing this with realism, focus and an abundance of honesty.
