Robert Aldrich

Robert Aldrich — in the commercial sector since 1995 — has experience in the leasing, management and sale of commercial office, industrial, medical, and retail property. Licensed in the state of Georgia since 2014, he has worked in asset and fund management in both the US and Canada, with operational experience stemming from the ground up.

Robert is experienced in complex commercial property acquisition and disposition in most major North American markets. His portfolio management expertise includes leasing, marketing, operations, investor/equity entity-level management, strategic tax planning, cash flow optimization, debt finance, and insurance risk management. He has over thirteen years of experience working with foreign investors including German/European banking and investment firms.
