We couldn’t recommend Robert more if you are looking to buy! We were first time buyers, really didn’t have much clue of the market or what we wanted. We provided Robert a location and budget, and he delivered! He educated as we went, provided great advice and insight about the area. He uses his experience to help you make a great decision. He was very patient with us, and really listened as we narrowed our choices. We plan on staying in touch and will absolutely partner again in the future. 5/5 recommend!

When you are looking to sell your home and/or make any big financial decision it is always nerve-wracking and often you wonder if you are doing the right thing. When I decided it was time to sell the stars aligned and I found Robert. He really made the whole process seamless and was amazing at putting my concerns to rest. His patience towards my never-ending questions is admirable. He provided an array of comparable listings in my area and what they sold for. Based on that we decided on the listing price. I can honestly tell you that selling my house was a much better experience than when I bought it. I have found my realtor for life. If you are looking for an experienced realtor and general contractor as a package, Robert is the guy for you! We were interested in buying a single family house, and Robert took the time to show us many properties and provided us invaluable insights into what we were getting with each of those properties. His knowledge of construction and experience with remodeling helped us figure out whether we could afford certain houses that needed work.

Once we found the perfect house, Robert helped us through the whole process, helping us figure out the price to offer and lead us through the price negotiations.
After we bought the house, Robert's network of contractors came in to do a gut rehab of the house. Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Painting, Roofing and Flooring contractors came in to get the house up to code with the current standards and the village code.

I couldn't imagine getting all this done without him. I have finally moved into my remodeled home, and I am happy with everything.

Robert is someone I would totally recommend for any of your real estate needs. His knowledge, patience and commitment to our real estate needs were awesome. He helped sell our parents home in Bolingbrook and then helped me purchase my first rental investment property. He is very knowledgeable in the investment market as well as the foreclosure business. His guidance even after the sale is so greatly appreciated with the tenant selection process and remodeling!!!!
