I lived in my home for close to 35 years.

During that time, I collected LOTS of stuff that I knew would be problematic to try and sell!

When I decided to sell, I knew I needed someone with understanding that a home was being sold not just a house!

I reached out to Rob as a friend and realtor who once lived on the block, for a DC realtor recommendation. I didn't know he was licensed in DC and was happy to use him as my realtor! I am extremely happy that I did!

From his first walk through, he managed to allay every fear I had about the sale. He recommended things that needed to be, worked within the budget I had to make the house look better than it had in years!

He made brochures, got the house on to the market in no time and received a great offer! His experience carried through to the closing without any problems!

I was stunned by how smoothly the whole process went!

I would unequivocally recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home!!

Working with Rob was a wonder experience he was helpful before during and after all my questions were answered and even explained when I didn’t understand. As a first time buyer I was really nervous about the whole situation but Rob made it comfortable and easy to understand. I highly recommend if the time comes to sell or buy again I will be returning
