Robert Bianco was my real estate agent in the selling of my home in Staten Island. He was truely professionl throughout the process. His knowledge and work ethic were outstanding. Not only did he sell my home, he was able to put me in touch with an agent in New Jersey (also a ReMax employee) who was able to find a home for me that was a perfect fit. Mr. Bianco was very patient with me and extremely sensitive of my time when showing my home. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Robert introduced himself and is clearly highly knowledgable on the Staten Island real estate market. He reviewed our house and reccomended a price range that met our requirements and the buyers that came were motivated to purchase. Robert was incredibly helpful, not to mention patient, throughout my entire home buying process. Robert quickly grasped the types of home I wanted to see, and showed me properties I really like (granted, I could only buy one). He was also very helpful in answering any and all questions I had about the process. Due to some issues with the owner, the sale was delayed for several months, but Robert remained on top of everything, and would regularly provide updates and stay responsive. In the end when we finally closed, I was very grateful for everything Robert had done. My wife and I met Robert Bianco when My daughter Gina and her husband were looking for their first home. We were impressed with the way he conducted himself as an agent not just trying to find them a home that they loved but a home that was also in their price range. Robert stated that it was very important not to buy a home beyond your budget. I must say he did not take long to find what they were looking for he showed them 2 homes and they purchased the 2nd one. He made the whole experience for them a pleasant one.Robert also helped them with all the procedures that you must go through when buying a home.
