We couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Bob took the time to listen to and understand our wish list for our new home. The process itself is extremely scary and when we realized we were in good hands, our nerves were much more calm. We would most definitely recommend him to anyone in search of home, especially if you’re a first time buyer!

Bob was an expert at helping my wife and negotiate our first home purchase. Since we were not in a rush to buy he wisely recommended we go the new construction route to avoid endless bidding wars for properties. He helped us keep the builder on task and when the builder tried to skip a few things we had in the contract he made sure we got everything we were supposed to.

I highly recommend him for any home purchase!

Bob, was a true professional through and through. He clearly and honestly walked us through the whole process of selling our first home while also managing home improvement projects for us.
