Rob is the founder of The Bollack Team and offers a personalized approach to real estate through an array of highly effective strategies for helping his clients both buy and sell homes. Through diligent marketing and a hands-on approach, he has become a multi-million-dollar producer who is ranked in the top 3% of Realtors in Maryland, according to Baltimore Real Producers Magazine.
Rob's Team is affiliated with Cummings & Co. Realtors, a mid-sized Baltimore-based broker with 10 offices and over 500 realtors. They serve much of the Baltimore Metropolitan Area, including Baltimore City and County, as well as Cecil, Harford, Ann Arundel, and Howard Counties.
Beyond his realty work, Rob also brings value to his clients through his co-ownership of Maryland Home Renovations, an interior remodeling company. Previously, Rob was a top-producing home remodeling consultant at a Fortune 100 company and a sales manager at a Fortune 50 company. He also serves within his own community on the Board of Directors of a local HOA, where he helps keep his neighbors up to date on the latest happenings through the community’s online presence.
A lifetime resident of Maryland, Rob lives in Bel Air with his wife, Stephanie, their two children, Carter, and Remington, and their 5-year-old pup, Lucy. When he is not spending time with his family or clients, you will find him enjoying a craft beer, hiking, camping, cheering on the Ravens and trying to improve his golf game.
