Find your kind of Realtor! Before embarking on a real estate career in 2002, I worked for IBM (really means "I've Been Moved") and other computer companies. Over the years, I've personally owned about 10 homes. I always appreciated those agents who focused on facilitating my purchase of the home my wife of 46 years and I wanted to buy, not agents who tried to "sell" me on a home and its features. I believe we simply need to know the pros and cons of one home versus another. I further subscribe to the notion that if a home is not one that I think would be good for my daughter, then I question whether it would be good for you... of course, that is your decision. I understand that relocating can be a very stressful experience... my goal is to minimize that stress as much as possible by insulating you from many of the challenges associated with a home purchase.
